Leak from behind the glovebox ?

Got a small leak from behind the glovebox, just want to know if there is a comman area the water gets in from ?

We have the disco in bits so now is the time to fix all the daft faults that are causing the rot but that being fixed with a large parts list!

There's a over lapping seam to the left of the glove box just were the dash surpport bracket bolts into the inner wing, you could/may see water dripping through the seam.

water or coolant ? isn't heater matrix in that area

Hmmm, interested in this as may have the same issue. Carpet always wet under the glove box. :-(

Does it have a sunroof ?

Oh if water, top of screen passenger side, look for separation of windscreen from seal, bout inch in size, hard to spot just walking to and from car but there

water comes in goes down pillar, pillar blocked with ****, water finds new route out into footwell

and sorry cam for hyjaking

when mine was gettin a wet foorwell it was cominh through the gromet in the bulkhead where the wiring loom comes through just under the washer bottle.. was full under bottle with leaves n crap.. cleaned all that out and sealed round gromet with silicone...

Campbell we ARE NOT pulling your dash out to find this leak...

+1 also inner wing usually rots thru there, as well.

The reason I asked is because your sunroof drain pipe might run down the pillar and might be blocked top or the bottom might be crusted back up with mud .
