Hi, I got an urgent problem. After I unscrewed all brakes pipe of ABS to check SVS, then screwed all. At beginning, one of pipe was not screwed properly, there was a bit leak after starting engine, then braking, Then I screwed again. I made sure there was no leak again. But I found when I step on the brake, it is like sponge, even it doesn't brake at all. I just lost a bit fluid in ABS. I check brake fluid tank, it is still full scale. Did I done something wrong or missed some work?

Thanks
Kai

I don't know that disconnecting and connecting brake pipes needs brake bleeding.

As it is a safety critcal item, might I suggest, you get someone to help you, even if it means paying someone, as this sounds like you need help and are not sure what you are doing.

Cheers

Thanks! I follow https://landroverclubvi.weebly.com/abs-mod.html to fix three amigos, I forgot there is a bleeding step. I don't know that disconnecting and connecting brake pipes needs brake bleeding. I just wonder if normal bleeding can do it. I don't have diagnostic unit.
Pedal bleed it in the right sequence then find a hill and make the HDC to work and pedal bleed after that again

Thanks! Sierrafery. Is right sequence Rear Right, Rear Left, Front Right, Front left as shown in the above link? I saw some land rover manual gives reversed order.

Yes, the procedure from RAVE is reversed and IMO that's correct cos the logical move is to bleed from short to long lines not vice-versa
