Landy 2.5 n/a diesel pump leak

Hi All,

My 1990 90's Diesel pump is leaking where the accelerator pivot joins the pump on the top, Have been told that its probs the rubber washers inside that have shrinked ????

Any info and help that you can give would be great, As i would like to do the job myself but am not the cleverest spanner in the box !!!
