Ere pritpal and jaspal... yer probably read this fred. The February 2022 court date seems delayed. When is the new date?

Good morning,
I am in the same situation.I need ed my engine rebuild and since January I keep chasing and visit them regularly.Lies all the time,and nothing has been done on it.
I need my van as I said I want it back.They were very happy to cancel my order, charged me for dismantling the engine which they didn't do, charged me for the van, but the van was not delivered to my home.They kept the deposit and the van....and they do not answer any of my calls now.....

I also went in person and on Monday 25th March there was a closure notice from the council to one of their sites, and they were working on the site on the street opposite where the vans were stored previously.

I am kind of desperate as my van is my work....

I would like to take them to court..... The many of us are who were scammed the better will be to make a case against them...

How could I find out about the court case against them to be able to add evidence or to support the case against them?
I have been without my van for 4 months and now they do not answer any of my phone calls...

Try Trading Standards they should have a case officer who can advise you ...

They have had a but you have helped us to secure a civil injunctive

I can forward details of the person that is dealing with the case I need to ask first, note they still my daughters disco and my money, I intend to make there lives hell they crossed the wrong guy.

So it looks like the companies involved have had another change of ownership, but continued to do business in the usual underhand way. Which makes me think it's just a cover for the same people behind the scam. Things may not be going too well as Alex Paul Carter has a cessation notice against him, logged on the 19th of April 2022. So he's on his way out. Anyone fancy a job as director of an established specialist automotive empire with someone else's range rover as a company car (will need to fix the engine yerself).

Hello, the same happened to me from williamsons components they have recovered my car at the end of January they were promising its gunna be finished in 3 weeks, they have not even touched the car till a month after then they took the engine apart told me the total repair bill is 5000 so i agreed comes to the collection day where they said the last payment left after the engine is fully built they said i have free recovery to my house i was getting suspicious at this point as they said the car is working even tho i have seen it on the app that it hasn't been turned on in 5 months, they were keep lying that the delivery driver hasn't turned up and i will get my car the next the, i never got anything the day after either now they said they can deliver monday i have asked for proof of engine running and they have not replied since and not picking up the phone btw this is the phone number +447599485374

I can confirm i went there to get the car back and i seen the workshop and everything the cars all up and working with a new rebuild engine Williamson's is a legit business there was multiple range rovers there aswell all being rebuilt
