Been told there's some new double yellow lines down the side of the building where the alleged scammers work, and abandon vehicles. I assume that's done by the council. Wonder if they've p*ssed them oft or locals have been complaining. Either way I thought it was funny.

Looking at ebay today and guess what popped up? Engine repair listings. Curiosity got the betterer of me so I had a quick look. This one looks interesting:

The ebay seller mistpeakmedia has 787 listings. Scanning across some of them… it looks like they're all to do with vehicle/engine repairs. Only the last two Feedback entries on their account relate to sales in the last 6 months (from date of this post). I get the feeling neither of them are happy with their purchase or the seller. From what I see one of them lost money but found out about their alleged unethical business practices, prior to handing over their vehicle. A lucky escape.

I did a quick search on the web for the phone number and surprise surprise it takes me to this fred. Looks like it's our friends from Sunbeam Street. Or at least someone pretending to be them.
They've even put their details on the listing so you can easily contact them. The same 'accounts' address used previously anorl.

Yeah, i believe they can also ban you from being a director of another company for a period of time. I also read that one of the two guys named in the upcoming February court case has been banned from being a director already.
Maybe they'll get a long sentence? It's good that it has been brought to Crown Court and not Magistrates. Magistrates can only give limited sentences. In Crown, it's only limited by guidelines...
Maybe upon sentencing, the Judge could ask for his black hanky hat.
I expect the significance of which would be missed by the majority of readers

I joined their FB group and posted this thread to them informing that there may be further plaintiffs on here that they didn't know about. Not long afterwards FB told me to 'do one' with no reason given. Which was rather annoying!

Bit harsh banning you from facebook for that. The group is private so they can kick you out of that themselves. Yer must have broke'd a FB rule to be given a ban from the whole lot.
