landrover discovery ,1997 300tdi

hi people, im only new to all this, i live in the north east (redcar), ive just bought a landrover (p,reg) its runs but apparently clutch fork has gone , im told its a common fault, does anyone know anywhere cheap to do this work for me, id do it myself but i dont have a pit or use of ramps, and as i had a triple bypass i dont think lifting something like a gearbox around will do me good ,lol, so if anyone can direct me in the right path for someone to give me a price would be appreciated, or they can txt me with a price 07835039036 ,cheers ,alan

clutch forks cheap enough but youd be mad not to change the clutch while you have it apart

engine out or gearbox out can be done both ways
