Are you looking for a replacement NAV drive? If so why ? If faulty, you need to get a replacement with an identical part number, as they are regional.
I believe the white plug is for Japan only, which has some form of extra functionality.

From memory the drives aren't plug n play, as most modules in the vehicle require configuration to the vehicle for them to work properly.

Hi well the freelander 2 I’ve got was built in UK for south Africa marke so sat nav does not have post code I’ve bought a jaguar sat nav (from ebay half the price of Land Rover) just installed it and seem to work fine won what white cable is

If it's working, don't worry. It's obviously not needed and so of no importance.
Yes it’s seems ok…just curious!…though must be the worst sat nav system…dvd is out of date the moment it’s released …so many new roads springing up each day…

The NAV is quite old and clunky compared to phone NAV software. However I find the factory NAV ok for getting about, and I prefer the voice over the Google Maps voice, and the traffic jam avoidance works well.
The latest disc is 2021 IIRC, which is what is in mine. There's a software update on the newer discs too, which improves accuracy of the system.
