Land Rover S3 Parabolics and Shocks

Hi,
I'm currently restoring a series 3, and can anyone advise me on what shocks are best with parabolics springs?

With my GB springs I fitted std shocks...that was over 10 years ago...still fine.

Dont they recommend gas shocks with em?

10 years is a long time for std shocks.

Thanks for the reply, I have heard that some Pro C's shocks rust within the gaiter!? If I was going for the standard shocks, then I was thinking Monroe! But it just comes down to money in the end!
