Anybody got the same problem ?, can't seem to find any especially the lower dash panel and i am running out of options, i have noticed there is a leather stitched one but it is only designed to fit over the existing one and has no stiffness, Where have they all gone ?, I have put a thread on wanted page but no reply as yet
HEELLLLPPPP

Not sure, it was a long time ago but laselle ,I think, made a fibreglass dash?
It'll look weird but if you've got nothing it could get you back on the road.

The problem is that the pressed steel structure rusts away into bits due to trapped moisture. Most of them have rotted away by now.

When I restored mine I found a good example of the steel internal piece at one of the shows. I then paid to have it re-covered with vinyl. I doesn't look exactly right, but is about the best I could ever get.

I have wondered if there would be a market for a corrosion proof moulded plastic replacement designed to look like the original.

I expect a fibre reproduction would get a very small number of people out of a hole but I doubt they would fly off the shelves. Most I imagine would like to repair what they have before replacing the whole lot. The cover over the wiper motor might be a go-er as it should be much less expensive than the whole dash board.

I've been to a few autojumbles in the past few years and it's not a part I've seen about. I'm sure someone will manufacture them again in the next couple of years.
