lack of full power for 10 secs from start up

start car and does not come to full power until about 10 seconds later,
all items that have been changed recently are:

1 all injectors seals/washers etc
2 waste gate mod
3 de egr'd
4 new injector harness
5 new fuel filter, air filter oil etc
turbo all free, no sign of any fuel leak, once the initial start up, it never misses a beat, until you stop it and back to the 10sec wait,
no faults show up on hawkeye,

question is! could it be ?
1 maf sensor?
2 fuel pump?
3 fuel pressure reg?

Why not just wait 10 seconds? It helps to get oil to the turbo etc, as well as (if an auto) around the torque converter.

i have been since october when i got the car, but it does prove a little hard sometimes ! especially when on a hill start, also after everything else i drive through the day that just goes when it should,
anyhow! up date ordered a 1 x Fuel Filter Air Bleed Valve TD5 (Genuine) WJN500110 (WJN500110) = £12.50
gonna try this next, then i think the fuel pump may have to come out, for curiosity and to clean as i don't know the car that well yet, only done 1200 miles in it since early oct
