L322 recall A28 - anyone?

It's listed as A023-392165.

Here is the brief:
It is possible that on a limited number of Discovery 3, Range Rover and Range Rover Sport automatic vehicles, the parking pawl guide plate within the transmission may not have been manufactured correctly. Consequently Park may not engage when the gear selector lever is moved to the 'P' (Park) position although all indicators will show that the Park position is achieved. If the parking brake is not applied, the vehicle may roll away.

Actually forget that.

It's not a recall. It's a Service Action for 2002-2006MY L322. Steering column tilt mechanism upgrade - A028V3

Thanks WSLR

So theoretically speaking if the RR i go to view has had this upgrade done, it shouldnt have the fault of sticking/non adjusting steering column that I've read about on here a few times?

Thanks again
