l322 fault codes - all related?

Hi,

Looking for any advise or help, my range rover runs ok but every now and again warning comes up on the dash and goes into limp mode, ifI stop,plug in obd reader and clear codes in fire back up again and is good for another 300-400 miles.

I bought a proper obd reader to check fault code -

p0299

car is a l322 2006

Wondered if there is a common theme here rather than trying to fix one by one if it could be one issue

Check your battery is first port of call.
What make of diag are you using? Not all readers will work with range rover vehicles.

The codes are pretty meaningless unless there is an explanation of their meaning or you are an expert that knows the meanings off by heart.
 
The iCarsoft should give more information than just a code - is it the big version:

or the handheld 930:

As it should give you an indication of the fault as per - this is a screenshot from one of my videos and it shows the fault code and then a description of the fault:
