L322 electric headrests not working?

Hi Guys,

2004 L322 with comfort seats, all other aspects of electric seats fine apart from elec headrest adjust, on both front seats all I get is a click when i try to operate the control on either seat, any ideas what this could be?

May be broken from people trying to manually move them without realising there electric ?

Try and push them down a bit, maybe not engaged/been off for cleaning or other...
