L322 4.4v8 petrol engine swap for bmw m62 x5 engine

Hi im looking for a bit of info... i have a l322 vogue 4.4 v8 petrol. Im replacing the engine and have got a bmw m62 4.4 v8 from an x5. Does anyone know the full list of parts that need to be swapped over to fit it into my range? So far ive found the wiring loom is different.. sump... exhaust manifolds... starter motor.... torque converter.... front diff.... anyone know anything else as these are all parts id need to purchase. Also will the x5 starter marry upto range rover wiring loom? And will the x5 manifolds marry upto range rover exhaust?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
