L Reg Axle 10 or 24 Spline Range Rover Classic?

All in the title... trying to get a replacement 200tdi L Reg Discovery front Axle replacement, there are two break lines to either calliper... speaking to shops, scrap yards and breakers they all say different things,

So I think it is 10 spline not 24 will this be the same as a range rover classic axle??

P.S how can I tell the difference from looking, If I go to a breakers??

Also does anyone have one in West Sussex??

would it matter if you are changing the whole axle ??

Got to love land rover. Mines on an L,but is a 300 with single front brake pipes
