@haza88 found a nice one last weekend near Denton - quite long but an easy run through a track and fields - not scratchy

… looks like there is a lane that runs by Vigo rugby club and cuts through to Trosley park? (Used to go there 30 years ago too!!)

Might be when I fix my 90, some idiot let it run out of mot!

There will be a quite a few TROs in place this month onwards.

Lynall it won’t be the same without your tour guide experience Come on let’s set a pre crismass laneing day the more the merrier

Plus 1 , indeed will be nice if u also come @lynall , I’ll even bring my timing belt with me, lmao

indeed will be nice to meet everyone seeing we’ve chatted for so many years

not bothered about the rear lower wishbones as they just reported on the mot they were rusty but not compromised , will be nice to get the disco out for a run

Well, assuming lynall doesn’t get caught and put away for doing the crime of the century with brake cleaner, sounds like we could have 4 confirmed landies for this run already.

In terms of days, shall we go for a sat or sun again? Meet up at a cafe close to the playground again? Anyone got a preference on dates at the moment - lynall, you work some weekends if I remember right?
And as to ‘where’, looks like most of bluebell tracks are not subject to TRO, but that’s putting the pressure on lynall to look after us all again! We could head elsewhere - thoughts?

Might have to rig that CB up in Freddie now I have a ‘laning-road-trip-convoy’ excuse, just to wind my wife up 🤣
(Your not 20 anymore / it’s not 1989 anymore / you’ll look stupid with that aerial / I’m not driving around with that thing…)
I probably never use the bloody thing, but why not!

Saterdays are good for me , could do same again meet up about 10am at a cafe then go do some lanes

Sadly can't do Saturdays, last job was every Sunday, and new job is every Saturday!
What you have moved…hope it’s for a better company and benefits you. I been on sheepy twice this week on site stopovers.
Detour round bluebell hill to avoid the traffic at detling hill.

4 day week versus 5 nights of old job, slightly less money, but 40hrs versus 37.5, plus free van and fuel, means its pretty even money wise, main thing is I can take my dog to work with me, plus missus actually likes me being at home!
Old place had 400 bits of kit and 25 mechs, new place has 25 bits of kit and one mech which is me.
Old place all trucks were 320 bhp, new place lowest bhp is 370, and the rest are 530 to 700 ish.
Today I have been fixing a 30 yr old F12 and a 20 yr old gen 1 FH12, real old school clobber.

Sunday it is then ! Sounds like the new jobs a win, you could of come and helped me fix endless ag head ache jobs
