Talk about reviving an old thread:doh:, the disco's probably been turned into cans of wife beater or baked beans by now....

How can this sort of thing be repaired? or does the door need replaced?
 
Makes you wonder how rot can get that bad.Probably been used for towing a sea boat and the salt water has just ate it. If youve just got a few body repairs bog it with aluminum mesh and isopon easy sand, it worked a treat on me old van , even me mechanic mate was impressed. :D
 
FFS the bloody thing was only purchased for the engine out of it. I salvaged dicky seats, aircon, axles gearbox transfer box etc. Rest of it was cut up and scrapped within a few weeks of buying it. Chassis is slowly rotting in the front garden.
 
a series with a defender front end is still a series with a defender front end its not a 'series defender' just like a 90 or 110 made before '89 are not defenders they are a landrover 90 or landrover 110

;) dunt exist mate, yer get disco (also known as disco 1) disco series 2 and disco 3 and now disco 4 the latter two known as a 4x4 computerised transit van cause they is ugly and will get people with no off road ability into very deep **** when terrain res-ponce cant cope with what its being asked to do
