I just received a Kaymar wheel carrier. It seems to be damaged, bent at the mounting point. Could not be happend at the transportation.
Just got back a mail from Outback Import in France:
Hi, no matter what happen its impossible that Kaymar pack a bent wheel carrier. Were not responsible for the shipment as mr S... pick up the goods on his own to our warehouse.
...The parcel is gone for nearly a month now.
As its high quality steel you can bent it the other way to align the arm with the closing bracket, its the best solution and the most viable.

I don't call that customer support.
But may that bent be normal? Who has also mounted that carrier and has same or other experience?
Any help appreciated
