has anyone out there got a decent set they could sell me for beer tickets and ill even pay the fekkin postage :cool:

the cheapest quote ive had was £45 per injector getting me old buggers reconditioned some would say thats pretty steep id say its bloody vertical its enough to make me :puke:

A,B,C,D, are boxed up ready to post if you want.
hopefully the pictures capture the pressure info, but cant guarantee
how they'll perform!

neil yer a fekkin diamond just name yer price mate

ive been friggin about with the bugger these last couple of days and borrowed a brand new set of injectors and it turned the thick black smoke to tonnes of white when yer put the pedal to the floor

ive spent the biggest half of yesterday trying to tweak the pump to cure this but it seems to have no effect the best ive had it was hardly any smoke when idling then soon as i rev the fekker it looks like stars in their eyes ( and tonight mathew im going to be !!!!!!)

ive seen some injector pump overhaul kits with all the gaskets bushes washers circlips ETC and i was thinkin of stripping my pump but ive been told it will need re-calibrating but surely if theres no way of adjusting the actual pump flow and pressure a full refurb will just put it right anyway wouldnt it

with a proper tester ,you pump them up to just before opening pressure (135 bar)and see if they leak (dribble)or pressure drops ,then check spray pattern

hold just before ,
cheers, will recheck tomoz.
and just for info after watchin the link above, the oily finger wasn't from holding under the injector while injecting!
johnny, will have another scrat around as well, may have some pumps kicking around. price will be cost of diesel to yours and some guinness, will fetch em over again, i'll have back what you dont use.
