can any one tell me how difficult it should be to turn the opposing shafts of the vcu.i have to hold one end in a vice and turn the other with stiltsons. is this normal or is it siezed

from 0 revs it should be free or easy to turn ,so it takes up %drive as revs increase. . .but dunt take my word as i'm jist er rockit enginear, lets see wot uffers fink. . . .:)
 
I think it's normal. On the car you have to really swing on a jacked up rear wheel to get it to turn when you are testing the thing.
