I read your post regarding cleaning the fuel pump and filter. And I proceeded to do it. All went well. As you mentioned it is extremly hard to screw the collar back on. I tried for about an hour unssuccessfully. I will ask a friend to help, but before I do, I wanted to ask if you used the special tool that they recomend to screw / unscrew the collar? I don't have one, and managed to remove it quite easily, but I'm wondering if I will need one to screw it back on.
