Well you cant expect me to read the forums first

There might be big fines but I doubt we will see any of it and I bet there isn't any prison time

lol yep i know people that are out of buisness because of price fixing and thats not just fuel ....

And refining cost the same (which should be)
And deliver cost the same ( which should be)

that depends if they work out who is avoiding fuel duty on mileage relevent to recored mileage at time of m.o.t there could be a backlash for those that do for a start not to think on how many litres of fuel are wasted on filterchange that could be accountable for also....

This is why the recent investigation into fuel prices only looked at retailers and pump prices. That is not where the fiddling goes on, and Ministers will not want to upset their friends in the oil companies. Notice that nothing has been done about the banker's dishonesty either.
