that’s horrible when being on the ward and can’t sleep, often i would either go down to the hospital cafe, grab a tea and sit outside or if ur not allowed out of bed if there’s any decent music / films on ur bedside tv
speedy recovery and soon back at home, at their u can get some peace and quiet, nothing like being at home
PS, can always ask the nurses to get a doctor to prescribe u something to help u sleep

Steady! He'll have a hole into one of the biggest arteries in his body. If his blood-pressure goes too high he'll bleed out in minutes. What he needs are pictures of tranquil countryside and pictures of kittens and puppies ... and not the puppies you're thinking of either!
