Without an MOT it is worth scrap value, and let's face it, it won't pass with that o/s headlight pointing to the other side of the road.

He's a dreamer, worth £1000 for someone to take a punt on, if it only needed a few bits for the MOT why doesn't he get it done and then he can get £2500...

Piece of junk. Scrap value or break it for spares, no way is it worth £2k as it stands.

But farm registered so needs to be trailered home, god knows when the last MOT was so could be a whloe load of things for that, its a big risk to get it back on the road. I just sold my 1991 200TDi which was well looked after, solid, new turbo, 300 axles and a whole list of other positive mods plus it was taxed and tested for £2900, he wants over £2K for a non-registered vehicle which he shows no signs of service history, recent work or reciepts or general care for the vehicle...

He says it comes with 16 alloys and 5 steel wheels, that lot must be worth a bit. Lol.

Looks like a pile of crap that would be worth more if they just sold the bits.

aye, but it doesn't have an mot anyway, so any other non mot would need trailered as well.

oh yeah, i think the price is nuts.. just it's worth more than scrap. That's what I was really saying was hash. It doesn't look in too bad nick from the little that can be seen.

I reckon he should be happy with 1k, if he wants more then like you say, get it mot'd and on a normal tax disc.
