if you transferred to another vehicle but if you built up from correct parts, technically you should have at least one original component but lets face it if you bought a landy and you found the chassis was scrap so you replaced it, engine was shot and replaced it, gearbox,steering,axles suspension etc all replaced with better working but correct items then you decided to fit it with better panels it is still the same land rover only it isn't, like I said dubious but possible if building up with correct parts for that land rover, i.e NOT using it to get a rangerover hybrid on the road like has been done in the past, I remember one car and im sure the only actual part the had was a steering box but it was built up with correct period parts for that model as standard and the i.d was allowed to be kept , the key being standard and correct spec, not saying it's entirely honest but it is workable assuming the i.d is legit
