Freelander 1 Is this a rusted ‘tank cradle’

Hi All,

Ignorance alert but have attached a pic of what I think is a badly rusted fuel tank cradle. Am I right? The bar element is falling apart.

If so, do you know roughly part cost and repair? Cheers

About £100 for the cradle and about 3 hours of dropping subframe a bit then swapping the cradle - run tank low to reduce weight to be supported first.

i have seen worse

We've all seen worse but when you put 60Kg of fuel in, wouldn't want it holding the tank on my car !!
