Is my Freelander Engine Coil or Distributor?

I have a 1 Sept 2000 X-reg Freelander and I need to replace the engine.

How can I tell if this is a Coil or a Distributor????

It's got a coil to supply the power to the distributor.

Post a picture of the engine so we can tell

It'll be a YA999xxxxx on an X plate so it'll be on a dizzy.
