Has anyone heard of the front diff/gearbox giving trouble on an 02 Td4 freelander? It's cutting front Tyres off like nobodys business. Tyre squeel from the front on roundabouts and a pushing of the front in corners. I'm also starting to get a wheel bearing type noise although they all seem fine. Have had it jacked up and the rear viscious coupling seems to be working fine. Anyone any ideas?

The rear viscious coupling seems to be fine. If I have it on loose ground and full lock on it's spinning the inner front wheel and bucking about like a wild horse. Also if I reverse out of the drive and put full lock on it's like the brakes are coming on.

Yeah Edge, had the wheel alignment done a few months ago, all seemed ok. The car is up for MOT on Monday afternoon so I think I'll drop the rear driveshaft off after to see if it makes any difference.
