Umm, accept that in some cases it's rather flawed logic.

D2 was sold with the 4.0 and 4.6 V8, the latter making over 200hp.

A 2.7 TDV6 only makes 190 odd hp in stock tune. Therefore logic would say, if the stock brakes and handling on a D2 are fine with the more powerful V8's, then the 2.7 will be fine without upgrades in these areas, unless you are specifically looking for upgrades in these areas.

Don't forget the torque, as that's what makes the TDV6 such a nice engine....but he did also mention he was looking at modding the engine, remap etc....so new brakes etc certainly wouldn't do any harm

Effectively I am looking to Mod the whole lot.. Thanks for the offer of the mag. I e mailed LRO yesterday and they are already sending me a copy. Should have it today.

I know it is contentious, but I am planning of keeping air suspension, but all round. So it can rise all round. Brakes defo need to be upgraded. the Disco' s are very heavy as they are an to be honest, I think the brakes are not brilliant.

are Simtek something to do with this conversion aswell?

tht p38 was at the indoor 4x4 show i went to. was a great looking conversion, IMO a bit of a waste, would have been better suited fitted to a D2 ES.

Well I have a D2 ES.. So Yeah....

Simtek, did the wiring loom conversion and sensors etc for it. Simtek are a very good electronics co. They did a wiring loom conversion for the new headlights.
