Well I thought it was fixed... This morning it struggled to start. It was spluttering but finally did, engine light came on. Let it run for 5 mins. Stopped it and started again. And started fine and no engine light. Same again after work...

Iv had the fuel pump out so I'm thinking there's air in the system... Iv tried the TD5 auto bleed thingy but it won't do it. I have an early td5 and I think (tell me if I'm wrong) the early ones don't have the auto bleed. Anyone know what my problem could be?

All you have to do is turn the ignition on and wait for the pump to stop and then turn it all the way off and on again to re-start the pump. When you've done it a couple of times, deck the throttle to the floor, hold it there and crank. After 10 seconds it'll chuck loads of extra fuel in. If it doesn't start within 20-25 seconds of cranking, stop, let the starter motor cool down for a few mins and then try again.

The thing was I had to do that every time... But it seams to have fixed itself... After a few days of doing it constantly. Iv not had a problem.... Cheers! :)
