is it 63mm or 70mm

im trying to get some flexi pipe to go from the 200 tdi air filter to me snorkel,landrover want £57 for it ****inell wish i didnt masacre and thro me old one away,does anyone know the correct diameter pipe i will need is it 63mm or 70mm..

63mm is too small and won't stretch over.
70mm is a bit too big, but squashes down OK with a jubilee clip.

if 70mm squashes ok i will do that coz im gonna silicoont around them aswell anyway
