IRD Oil Seal?

Quick question

I have some oils sweat on my Pinion / IRD where the axes goes to the rear drive axe.

So I think that my oils seal is gone. I do not see any oil under the car and no drips.

Only when I stand still after a long drive I have some oil ( strange oil smell by the way) coming in thru the vent.

Are those seal availble or do I need as the dealers says pay for the whole flange with seal in it???? A 236 Euro.

And did anybody else have a leaking seal from the Pinion ird? And is it easy to replace

TYX100500 is the part number for the O ring seal, on the IRD pinion. I've just replaced mine when I took the pinion off. Can supply a photo from home later if you like. The oil in the IRD does smell strange.

Just checked in the garage. And seems that the oild / grase is not coming out of the area where the oil seal is located.

but at the flange bold? would this also be the oil seal?
