Hello All, I'm out in Costa Rica having just bought a 1970 Series 2a that was assembled here. I'm originally from North Yorkshire and my first car was a 1963 2a. For a while I've drove either a 90 or a Gen 1 Discovery for work towing a horse box with gardening gear in it. My normal car now is a Subaru Outback it could do with more clearance but it is amazing on the muddy jungle tracks I drive along when visiting work field stations. There we have a lifted Suzuki Jimmy. As for this 2a it is a project for sure, the body work is a bit rough around the edges but I'm sort of shocked by how good the rest seems to be. Except for the electrical problem that brings me here today....
