Intro and plea for help.

Hi , I am basically an old motorcyclist named Tom and feel a bit out of my depth here on this forum. I am not a Land Rover owner but came across this forum after searching for the answer to a leaking sun-roof on a Rover 200 . I live in Newtownards Northern Ireland and wondered if someone could help sort the problem as there appears to be expertise in this field among members especially SRM.

trouble is the silicone required is worth more than the rover 200..
