I have 2 steering wheel locks, one rests on the dash, one against the side window, 2 isolator switches and a 'Full Metal Jacket' that secures all three pedals inside a steel case, as well as making sure its on full lock whenever larked up...
It wont be enough to stop someone if they really want it but it does make the next one down the road an easier option and therefore mine safer.

I take off the steering wheel, isolator switch and a safe t pedal of ebay that secures all three pedals inside a steel case.
If they want it they will take it.

Yep, what he says, plus a cat 1 alarm and immobiliser. As has also been said, it wont stop it getting nicked 100%, nothing can, but it makes it that bit more awkward to nick, which is just about all you can do.
