Hello everyone - hope someone can help. I live down in Plymouth, Devon and own a RR HSE 2.7 diesel sport 2009. Just recently I am getting an intermittent warning bleep and message "HDC Fault system not available" followed immediately by "Suspension lowered" message although the suspension does not actually lower. There is no set time for this message, sometimes it flashes up just after starting, sometimes after driving for 2 mins, sometimes after a couple of miles and then on other occasions it doesnt flash up at all. It does NOT affect the driving of the car. Any ideas?

+1, you should have 14.2 to 14.5 volts at 2K rpm at the battery, after standing overnight you should have around 12.5 volts at the battery before you start the engine.

Also Diagnostics will help....on the L322 as opposed the L320....the ABS sensors have a habit of playing silly buggers and will also bring out the EAS with it!

Won't help if the alternator is not producing the correct voltage.
