Interior lights

hi all I have a 1997 p38 RR for some reason the interior lights are staying on, and a buzzing sound comes from behind dash, this morning all dash lights were out changed the 10amp fuse which burnt out and took the fuse out for int lights all works now but why,

I'd suggest you have a short. You'll need to trace the wire(s) that feed the interior lights & the warning buzzer.
It MIGHT work to connect a 12v headlight bulb in place of the interior lights fuse & wiggle the various wires. When the bulb goes out you've narrowed down the fault location.
