Just a quick one I have a 1998 dhse with electric seats but the leather is in sh#te, i have been offered a full interior from a 2000 vogue petrol is there a chance that I may have any bother making the memory seats from the 2000 work in the 1998

If I recall correctly, if you have memory seats already, no drama, plug and play. If not you'll need to make sure you have a hi-line ECU so the memory functionality can be turned on (will need a trickbox to do this), if you have lo-line then no memory seats for you.

No doubt someone smarter than me will be in soon to point and laugh at how wrong I am.

Leccy seats shouldn't be a problem, the only thing you might have a problem with is the Mirrors.
If Your's are 10 wire/pin mirrors then you should have full memory function.

I'd try asking a couple of the breakers. They've probably been asked this before and might know how other people got on.

Well took a chance got the full interior striped out this morning will clean it up tonight and get it fitted tomorrow fingers crossed it works if not it will be up on e bay

Think I just got cought out the wiring is totally different dooh were could I get a diagram for both the standard and the memory seats the heating elements have the same plugs so ok there but the seat fron the 1998 only has the one plug going to it and it branches off to the motors but the one from the 2000 has the one plug ( different shape ) going into an out station ( ecu ) amr 3359 then out to the motors how can I get power from the cars 1998 loom to the out station on the memory seat
