Hi Tony, Sure Thing £145, Saga £153 and AA £169. Think I will go with Saga as I've never heard of Sure Thing, unless someone know better:D

Will have to have a look around when mine is due. I appear to be being stiffed by LV considering we have two car discount. But we do live not to far away from a lot of crash for cash merchants so may well be suffering from that. Last renewal quote i had from SAGA was something like £790.00 and the cheeky gits asked why i wanted to leave them. Dickheads.

Mine works out at about £300, 99 4.6 HSE fully comp. Its a bit complicated though as I have a multicar policy for that P38 and my BMW 650i and its £700 for the pair basically. I'm 28 and have 8 year NCB I think.

Paid £204 yesterday. Cover for 10,000 miles for business and pleasure.Wife on there too.Full comp. Swiftcover.Did have some slightly lower quotes but they excluded windscreen cover.

Funnily enough it's cheaper with your partner on the same policy, probably think you are more responsible if you have another half. Mine would be dearer if I did over 5k a year, it does include glass cover.:)

Someone mentioned Aviva combined with some website called TopCashBack. Apparently you buy stuff and they give you cash back and Arriva are also doing some deal. Pretty sure that's what he said. It was in the pub last night and I was kind of losing the plot a bit.

+1 on the Top Cash back, I got a fiver last year just for running quotes through MoneySuperMarket. I use it when I'm buying anything, it was my Mum that got me onto it (true Yorkshire-woman) She spent £15 on some return flights to Spain because they were like £60 but got £45 cashback. The cashback sometimes takes 6 months to accumulate, but still - it's better than a kick in the teeth.

Well I took out my insurance tonight. Guess what, the price was not correct. I decided to go with Saga, not Holidays Mozz !!, I was quoted £153 and ended up paying........£143.29.Result. That was for fully comp protected NCB, 4k miles pa, glass cover and much more. :D:D
