The thieving scum that is insurance!

Now now lets not blow a head gasket. Had enough of them this year!!.

Most of the problem is sorry PPI claims. Lets hope the government get a grip on this.

And whiplash, looking forward to seeing the tighter laws on that. Not saying people shouldn't have access to fair compensation but the emphasis must be on "fair." Most whiplash claims are minor or downright fraudulent. We have twice the number of whiplash claims in this countryc compared to other EU states, so either we have the weakest necks in Europe or something ain't adding up .

I personally think it should be removed from Motor Insurance policies, unless it is 'opted' for at an additional premium to those who want it.

Then, Insurance companies can just insure the vehicle against accidental damage/theft etc etc, therefore reducing premiums!

Or am I being silly again?
