instructions for soft top fitting please

hi, could someone please give me a link or something for instructions on how to fit the soft top onto a freelander 1, I have tried looking through links but cant actually find the instructions, all links I have hit have not came up.
also does anyone know what would happen if I tried fitting hood without the corner clamps? or even if that is possible.

the roof would be ok if you drove with the roof open however with the roof closed security would be non existent as nothing would be securing the bottom corners and any attempt to drive with the roof closed would end in disaster.
So in a word no, you need the corner clamps
As for instructions for fitting mine came in with the vehicle hand book, not sure i have ever seen a how to but you could maybe try you tube

I have the fitting instruction manual some where will dig it out and see if I can get a copy to you some how. Also you can't fit it without corner clamps.
