I have the Saharas on mine... noisy, but they look great and are decent off road. They do understeer a lot more in the rain than the skinny stock tyres on my dad's 110, but I don't bomb my 110 round anyway. I like 'em al ot.

I'm thinking of getting those Traction Trac's. i belive they used to be called Trac Edge, has anyone else got them & what;re they like on mud, & also wear.

Thinking of getting some insas on my v8 as i want some bigger tyres(and they are priced reosanable) How do they balance-any wheel wobble on motorway ?

my insa turbos needed weights of 170-280 depending on which wheel it was

but that was on LR alloys

When I fitted mine I put them straight on from the pallet onto the car. Didn't notice any vibration/wobble whatsoever, then went in to have a punctured inner tube replaced and they balanced the wheels for me, put 300+ weight on each one and made no difference :D:D gotta love landies

I need a set of AT's for my v8 disco, what would you guys recommend out of mountains, traction tracks and rangers. not too worried about noise, the disco is a play thing so the only driving on roads it does is to get to green lanes.

also, probably a dumb question so i'm ready for the comments lol, but do insa's require inner tubes or can i put them straight onto the alloys?

Very good on both, mine are Traction Track and I think they are good but if I was only using mine for just playing I would have gone for the Special Track, hope this helps Greg

special tracks- not the nicest on road, think redhand has Sahara's and he flew through everything

What is the best price you have got so far? I paid £250 for a set of 5 including delivery which I thought was reasonable.

We have been very happy with Insas. Took a set of Insa Mountains on the Range Rover to Algeria, Insa Mountains to Morocco on the Series. Rangie also running Saharas on another set of wheels and they are very good in the mud indeed. Overall very impressed.
