Hi I have 2 brand new Maxxis buckshot murders on 235 85 r16 to fit onto my 90, but need 2 more, they are quite alot to buy new, and have seen some new insa turbo dakars for £40 cheaper?? How do they compare as they look slightly different?? As long as they are the same size would it matter?? And which would you put on the front and which on the back if I did go for this set up?? Look forward to an answer?? Thanks
Oli

Oli you need to start a new thread to ask this as nobody will see it here. I can't help as I'm not familiar with the Maxxis. ;)

FWIW I ran 265/75/16 Recip trial remould at 26front 30rear and got no uneven wear - now running same size Courser MT radial at 24 and 28 with same result (except quieter)

Fraser, where you been? Long time no speak ... are you running those pressures for the road? May lower mine a little as I'm running 30 on all four.
You going to Stoneleigh this weekend? :)

Hiya
I've been all over the shop!

Running those pressures for road without any drama's - low mileage though. They do go lower when mud plugging

I'm hoping to be there on Sunday - probably falling off the twist-off ramp if I get the chance!

Cheers

Sounds good, I'm going on Saturday so won't have the pleasure of watching you fall off the ramp :p

Only just seen this thread of yours Andy

Desperately want to say 'chalk test'

Leaving now - more wine to consume:eek:

Hi there SH ... hope you're well.

Got the tracking done at the local Landy place and it was off the scale! It was obviously like that before I changed the track rod ends as I matched the threads with the new ones. Better now ;)

Well worth having checked

I'm good - but sheared a swivel pin bolt off in the housing Saturday - managed to drill out, but now more bits on order!

Never straight forward is it:D
