Anybody know where I can buy the panels that go inside the wings of my defender? not really sure what these things are called - wheel arch liners?

Welcome - try fleabay as you'll often see galvanised ones for sale. They can also be found at auto-jumbles for reasonable cash.

Please excuse a newbie dragging up and old topic, but if you have a look here, I think you'll find what you need:

Land Rover - LOKARI & Industry Representation Hanna

I bought a set of their plastic front wheel arch liners for my old Opel Manta Coupé a few years back and they were absolutely superb. If the Land Rover ones are as good, they'll be a worthwhile purchase. Add some Bilt Hamber Dynax S50 before you fit them and that should hold the rust at bay for a good while.

I hope this is of interest.

Good effort, but I don't think he ever came back.

Thanks Dan. There seem to be a few older topics with people asking about wheel arch liners, so maybe this will be of use to someone in future.

Lokari don't seem to have much of a presence in the UK, but their range is very comprehensive and if the liners I bought are anything to go by, top quality stuff too.
