NO! If ye take a moment and clean one off ye'll find that there's a plastic pin goes up throught the middle off them. Just chap it out with a panel pin or simmilar
Sometimes ye might lose the plastic pin but ye can soon enuff get some new 'rivets'

Aye, that happened tae me first time round. All ah did was use a couple of me old rollers to replace the ones ah fecked. If ye noticed in me 'how to' ye'd have seen ah packed the cups pretty full, that was tae stop the buggers fallin' over
and make sure ye haven't fitted the grease nipple until the end
