Ive just aquired an old but supposingly good winch blind and wondered if its any good. I know nothing about winches but my son picked it up for me. Its a warn winch, m26626. 4100kg. If anyone could tell me what its worth, if its any good and if there is a manual i can download from somewhere i'd be grateful. Just got to sweet talk bro in law to bring it over for me.

I can tell you that Warn is one of the best winch manufacturers out there - I know that, but I dont know what it would be worth or much about that model.

that's the model number its the xd9000 winch

a very good winch I had the xd9000i which had the solenoid bridge over the top..

if its all working as it should be they fetch between £250-£700 dependant on age condition and what type of rope is fitted etc

So you have a Warn XD9000, If it says M 26626 it is the older motor, not the 4.6 hp
all the manuals are on the US Warn site under "Operators Manual"

Thanks for the info. As I said, its old enough but half descent. Has a wire rope and no conecting wires but i only gave £50 for it so im pleased enough. Thanks for the model no. i 'll now look for feed wires.
