Indicators work, but no flashing arrows on instrument cluster

2003 TD6 Auto
Hi all, got a strange one, the indicators have stopped working on the instrument cluster, they work fine outside the car, all lights working as they should.



But yesterday the tell take click click click went silent, thought they all packed up, but just instrument arrows, nothing

Any idea, is it a double relay by any chance ?

Possibly faulty LCM. Have a look at this thread then try the bulb test as per saintv8's video in post #17 https://www.landyzone.co.uk/land-rover/instrument-cluster-illumination-lights-failed.231256/
When mine was faulty the indicators and main beam didn't work on the dash either, same as holidaychicken's fault.
