Indicator lights continuously on, alarm trigger

hi all, i have recently replaced my battery with a 110ah 750 amp and carried out a engine, becm synch and since i have had it running now for 2 weeks, i would wake up in the morning to find all indicator lights constantly on and driver display showing alarm trigger

any1 had anything similar
