Waverley does a lot of pleasure runs up and down. Even comes to the Thames and does a trip from Southend to the Tower pier in the city and back again.

Got up feckin late today as it's Sunday!
Long brunch then opened up the pool, it's got cloudy since!
Hot enough to make me sweat, as usual.
Wifey making jam again from a small quantity of greengages.

Us boys av plantar fasciitis, heel spurs anna bunion zo av tu be corshus wiv feetswear. Us av juss found Skechers ArchFit shoes witch are bloody sight bedder than I wuz spectin.I like desert boots or deck / boatshoes, but the latter are better in the summer. Both go with jeans or Chinos.

And when oop norf inna winter I wear hiking boots tied loose so I can drive in em cos the Dales is kinda wet and rugged, too much so for street shoes.
Plain brown boatshoes/moccasins look good with smart casual clothes.
