It's not my landy that hides, it's me! If I ever hear myself think 'wash the car' then I run and have a lie down to recover!

I need to be up at 6am tomorrow.

I've got me annual Civil Defence social gathering which involves walking 9 miles in the snow, rain and damn cold winds!

The good thing is that at the end of the walk I get a choice of any hot meal from the menu at the pub and as much alcohol that I can afford to pay for.

I'm really looking forward to it

Just been to get her a paper and the road was like a sheet of ice when I crossed it.
A home-gym day today, but first some breakfast.
Sadly, the pounds have piled on while I wasn't looking over Xmas.

Very cold and slippy out, dog had no issues on 4 paw drive. Home for coffee now.

Although it is damp here we have not had any snow and it is quite mild. In the distance, the Beacons are certainly snow-capped.
